Steve Kelly is a Bay Area native who grew up in the City of Cupertino. He attend De Anza College and then transferred to San Jose State University where he did receive a B.S. Degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He would start his career at Pacific Valley Bank in the mortgage servicing division. Shortly thereafter, he decided to take on a demanding position at Imperial Thrift and Loan as a Commercial Asset Manager responsible for a 65 million portfolio of commercial and residential real estate loans. In 1993, he joined Provident Funding as a Wholesale Account Executive managing the east bay territory from Union City too Milpitas. In 1997, he took a position at PSC Mortgage as a Managing Broker responsible for 16 other Mortgage Originators. By the year 2001 he would open his own office Silicon Valley Home Loans. Unfortunately, the mortgage collapse of 2006 would require and change in direction for Steve and his company, so in 2007 Silicon Valley Properties & Home Loans was born. His company would now focus primarily on Real Estate Sales and it was a smooth transition for Steve with his extensive background in the field of Real Estate. In his career Steve has actively worked to close over 1000 plus Real Estate transactions. In 2008, Steve would become partners with Ayu Bor top producer in her own right. Together they have assisted many home owners successfully sell their home and when necessary settle with their lender on short sale transactions. Both Steve and Ayu are firmly committed to serving home owners with hard work, honesty, and integrity.
